Johnny dives further into his job and the shocking news that his mentor, fellow ASM, friend, & brother leaves the company because of this boss. Johnny realized that things would change forever after that, how bad would it get he wasn't sure, but he knew that something would happen. He discusses how she wanted to be the most well liked, and how far she would go to make sure everything in the building went through her. Johnny discusses how their always was a divide between her and every manager that was ever had at this location. Johnny discusses the challenges of being the only manager that really enforced anything, and how if their is not accountability at the top things will end in disaster. He talks about how the boss made sure everyone knew she was always "right" and why Johnny decided to stand up and try to hold her accountable, because of the hypocrisy that was shown by her. He knew this could end bad, but he did not want another ASM to have to deal with having to deal with all the struggle he had to face on a daily basis.

Johnny talks about how he grew his mindset into building his own work ethic, even when he did not feel appreciated. Johnny dives into what went down in him going to Tallahassee, and how HR Corp. came down to Florida because of chaos. He talks about the first 6 months of his journey in Florida and how he was the middle man until his ASM resigned from the company because of their boss. He talks about how he built a relationship with his fellow ASM and how they did not just become friends, but brothers for life.

Season 4 is here, Johnny talks about how his last relationship happened, how things ended and how he almost died?! He also uncovers what he wants in a relationship and how people should never just settle for something. He talks about how toxic relationships are not for him, but why he kept it going for so long. Johnny also updates the Empire how he has been since then, and what the next chapter holds for him.

Johnny is back !!! From Maryland all the way down to Florida, Jonathan opens up to how he has overcome how he felt like he betrayed his hometown and friends. Johnny focuses this episode on how to self respect yourself, and value what you bring to the table. Johnny then opens up about his past, and not respecting his time and energy, and why that caused him problems, not just in life but in relationships as well. Jonathan realizes that sometimes he has to let people go for the mental health of himself. He gives insight into how he used to treat people and females, and how learning that he is valuable too has helped him learn to give effort into people that really matter to his life. Jonathan lets guys know that they shouldn't lower their value in themselves in order to chase a female, or someone they want. Jonathan talks about his struggles and how he has tried to respond to what his heart wants, with what his mind is telling them.

Florida Living/ Finding Common Ground

Jonathan discusses his life in Florida, and what makes him strive to be back in the DMV. He also talks about how to develop his personality into not always having friction within his new job. He has philosophy differences between him and his higher ups, and he opens up about how to find common ground instead of in fighting which causes no one any joy. Another thing is his ongoing need to be developed into a better person, and he talks about how he does not think he can find that in Florida.
