Anxiety Queens

Episode 13 is about the struggles of anxiety/depression and the different ways we are affected by it and how we cope with it. What makes us feel anxious and what triggers our emotions and feelings of being overwhelmed or worried. Women especially experience many things in life that may cause overstimulation especially our mamas with kiddos!
