In this pilot episode we introduce Bob Frappia, our co-host on the podcast. Bob is a Napa realtor who built his first ADU in 2016 when these things were really just starting to ramp up. I read about Bob's project in the Napa Valley Register and it was how I was first exposed to the world of Accessory Dwelling Units as a way to mitigate the housing shortage and solve the housing crisis with naturally affordable housing.
