Soooo if I’m being honest… lately I’ve been feeling really down about this rat race called “life”. I started a new job, bills were due, money had to be made, and I got pulled away from the one thing I actually want to do- to create.  And it’s not even that I didn’t have time to create… I was just mentally exhausted from constantly thinking about surviving and stressing over everything. I feel like so many of us are living in a constant state of survival mode, and it’s been normalized in our society. In this episode, I talk about how I truly believe we are all naturally born creators and we’re not meant to spend our whole lives stuck in survival mode, working ourselves to death just to barely afford basic necessities. We’re meant to create, experience life, see the world, and actually enjoy being alive while we’re here. Creativity isn’t just art either, it’s cooking, building things, and thinking outside of the box we’ve all been confined to. My spiritual awakening after psychedelics completely changed the way I see life and what I actually want for myself. This was also the beginning of me getting into meditation, manifestation, affirmations, subliminals, quantum leaping, shifting realities, and all the spiritual stuff that honestly helped me stop feeling so trapped mentally. the power of not oversharing (why everything doesn't need an audience)

Let’s be real for a minute… some of us (myself included) love announcing our plans to the world like we already did something. Starting a new business? Wanting to run a marathon? Planning on moving across the country? Saving to buy a house?  But… maybe you haven’t actually done the work yet to achieve that goal (or you never even started) and then all of a sudden you never did what you told everyone you were going to do. (oops) Sound familiar? Yeah... unfortunately I feel you.  In this episode, I’m getting into the power of not oversharing and why sometimes it’s better to stop telling people our plans until we’ve already done them. Today is my brother Ryan's birthday, and he would have been 33... Happy Aries szn y'alllll!!! This week we'll be talking all about celebrating someone you love even after they’re "gone", because guess what? Just because they died doesn’t mean we stop celebrating or loving them. I’m breaking down all the wild, chaotic, legendary ways we’ve kept his memory alive over the years. From talking about the iconic band tees I designed in his honor, the massive celebration of life we threw on what would’ve been his 30th birthday, the legacy video I made with all our wholesome childhood videos, and how me and my sister literally got his story on the news while fighting for the justice he still deserves. how to exist in a world you feel misunderstood by

Have you ever been told that your feelings are “too much”... that you’re too sensitive…that it’s not that deep? Even though your entire life it really has been that deep for you?  If so, then you’re probably a sensitive soul with a big heart… someone who’s felt misunderstood most of their life. It can feel really lonely existing in a world that doesn’t always value depth, where people lack empathy and don’t meet you on that emotional level. A lot of people like us also tend to become huge people pleasers, often putting others before themselves. Somewhere along the way, we were made to feel like something was wrong with us or that we needed to change to be accepted. Well, I’m here to tell you that our empathy is not a weakness. It is actually our superpower and we need people like us in the world. It’s time to stop trying so hard to fit in and be normal, and to instead embrace your sensitive nature and big heart– it is something that the world needs more of.
