Following the release of the Australian employer gender pay gaps on 27 February, the national conversation about gender equality has continued. On 26 March, Mary Wooldridge, CEO of the Workplace Gender Equality Agency, addressed the National Press Club on the evolution of WGEA’s approach over the last ten years and what more needs to be done to ensure that every Australian is valued in the workplace. Join Amanda Webb, CEO Xplore, Chair Dress for Success NSW & ACT, and Board Member Women for Election and Lisa Mulligan, CEO The Culture Ministry and Associate, Facilitator and Coach Xplore in conversation about addressing the gender pay gap. They will: - Discuss the key points from Mary’s address - Talk specifically on how part-time roles can be used as a lever to improve gender pay gaps, and - How affordable and quality childcare is a priority for equal participation in the workplace.
