It started in a 40-person firm and has since grown to engage more than 80 employees, clients, and community partners. The Foundation focuses on local organizations that help families through life’s most difficult moments. These include IAC Kids, Flower City Habitat for Humanity, GiGi’s Playhouse, The Dream Factory, and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
