This episode is a mix of a life update and a reflection on what the last few years have actually looked like behind the scenes. Walking away from my old life wasn’t some big, empowering, aesthetic moment, it was quiet, uncertain, and honestly really hard at times. I’m talking about starting over, the identity shifts that come with it, losing people, rebuilding, and learning to be okay with not sharing everything all at once.
