In this first episode, I share a moment where so much began to shift. I thought I was doing everything “right,” yet I felt deeply unfulfilled. The question, How can I be so unfulfilled?  led me on a journey of questioning the foundations I had been living within, from food and health to education, work, money, birth, parenting and more.
