Do you worry about how chatbots, social media & technology are affecting our kid’s mental health? , conflicts and violence are affecting your kid’s mental health?  What can we parents do to help our children feel safe, secure and loved? In this episode in our series, during the month of February, I thought it would be helpful to take a pause as we move into the Fire Horse Energy.   Our world is surrounded by chaos, lies, conflicts and violence almost on a daily basis in multiple corners of our country and our world.  As parents, many of us feel stressed and yet our children are also impacted.  How do we help them to navigate these unprecedented times and help them to feel safe, secure and loved?   It is important to remember we may not have control over what is going on but, we do have control over our response.   Our role as parents is one of the most sacred ones we have in this lifetime, and the next year is sure to test our resilience.   As Moms, we are the Health Managers of the home and are often seen as the nurturers and caretakers of our family; Dads are often the supporters and protectors of their family.   How do we navigate these times to help our children to grow feeling safe, secure and loved.

Feeling Exhausted as a parent with all the stress in the world?

Let’s focus on getting your energy back! In this episode in our series, during the month of March, I sense a level of stress that infiltrates every part of our society from family, career, financial stability, energy, climate change and even our government.  It feels as though there is not a segment of our day that is not impacted.  This leaves many parents feeling stressed and exhausted.  This creates a lot of stress and exhaustion for our kids as well.  Our role as parents is one of the most sacred ones we have in this lifetime.  We do not have control over the events of our daily life or our world, but we do have control over our response.  What resources are available to us during this time to help us to stay grounded and at peace? When life gets hard and events are creating a lot of chaos in our world and our everyday lives, it can feel hard to stay grounded and at peace, so we don’t get mired in exhaustion.  There are resources and practices available to help keep us stable and secure and most importantly for our family life and our children.  It often requires that we practice a certain mindset to prevent burnout.  Join us for our next Episode of Intentional Wellness™ Parenting so that you may live and continue to believe in a life of happiness, joy and fun!

Feeling Depleted? How Can We Fill Up Our Own Spiritual Parenting Bank Daily?

In this episode in our series during the month of January, I thought it would be helpful to discuss the sacred role that parents play in their children’s lives.  The raising of children is often the sweetest, most challenging job we will ever have.  It is a 24/7-365 day a year job.  There are many sweet moments and there are also moments of significant exhaustion, especially when we are stretched from all sides without relief in sight.  We give so much to our children! As Moms, we are the Health Managers of the home and are often seen as the nurturers and caretakers of our family; Dads are often the supporters and protectors of their family.   In many families today, both are working fulltime and then come home to their most important, more than full time job.  It can be exhausting. Join me for my next 6-week Workshop: “Creating Optimal Resilience in Pregnancy” Which will take place every Thursday, Starting January 22, 2026 through February 26, 2026 from 7:00-8:30pm EST; 6-7:30pm CT; 5:00-6:30pm MT; 4:00-5 :30pm PST On ZOOM. Passcode: Baby
