Episode 19 of “Is That Good?” is presented by Kriva, YEW!, Top Form Sport, and Golfer Joe’s. Today’s episode is a rather big one. It’s the second to last time the gingers sit down and talk sports. Also, a big guest comes on the pod, LAWSON MCDONALD.(30:39) He is the brainchild of the HockeyGuys, which is a content group that is very popular on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Before that, he played college hockey at UWS and UNO. Will sits down with him to talk about his career and how he got into YouTube, which later evolved into what is now the HockeyGuys. Before the interview with Lawson, the gingers talk sports. They begin with the NHL. Vin gives the standings as well as some shocking news about Alex Ovechkin and his partners at CCM. Will then takes over with the NEWS!? where he previews what’s happening in the world of sports. He touches on the NFL Combine and asks Vin what his best events would be. Next, Will moves to NBA. He gives the standings in the East and the West and also talks about James Harden and his new spot on the 76ers. Vinny transitions into college basketball and more specifically, March Madness. He previews the top teams heading into the tourney and who has the best chance at winning it all. Will wraps up sports talk with college hockey. As usual, he gives the polls and previews the upcoming games this weekend, including the BIG10 tournament. Today’s episode, Will interviews UMD Bulldog and Anaheim Ducks prospect, WILL FRANCIS.(29:27) It is really great story of adversity and having a positive mindset along the way. Before the interview, the boys kick the pod off with sports talk. Only two more after this week…:( Anyways, Will and Vin recap their weekends in Boston and some other cool stories. No more NFL on the pod, so Vin jumps right into NHL where he gives the standings and point leaders across the league. Will then gives the NEWS!? and talks about TIGER WOODS and his return to the PGA TOUR this season! Will then moves to the NBA where he recaps the All-Star game over the weekend. Steph Curry had 50 pts and 16 3’s…Is That Good? Vin transitions into the Olympics and read the medal count as well as some highlights from the 2022 games in Beijing. Will ends the sports talk as usual with college hockey. He gave the updated polls, his game of the week, and his top 5 Hobey Baker candidates. Today’s episode, Will interviews NICOLE FOSS, VP of Innovation + Research at Kriva!(46:40) To those of you that might be asking…why no hockey player interview?…well this is just as good. Nicole explains her journey with Kriva as well as what athletes should know about their product and other info about CBDA. Before all of that, the gingers begin the pod as usual with sports talk. To start things off, they recap the Super Bowl. Will and Vin talk about the game as well as the unreal halftime show. They also give their favorite commercial they watched. Will then takes over with the NEWS!? He highlights what’s happening in the world of sports this week, including the blockbuster trade of James Harden to the 76ers. After that, Vin talks NHL, where he gives his power rankings across the league. Will transitions into NBA and gives the starting lineups for the upcoming NBA All-Star game on Sunday for Team LeBron and Team Durant. He wraps the sports talk up with some college hockey. He recaps the Beanpot finale against BU and Northeastern. Next is the interview with Nicole. (46:40)

Episode 16 of “Is That Good?” is presented by Kriva, YEW!, Top Form Sport, and Golfer Joe’s. On today’s episode of the pod, Will interviews Toronto Maple Leafs draft pick and Harvard commit, JOE MILLER.(39:44) Before that, the gingers kick the pod off with some sports talk. If you’re hearing a beep while listening to the sports talk don’t worry, it’s Will’s GoPro. He filmed some live footage from Episode 16 for the ITG YouTube. Anyways, the main topic this week is obviously the SUPER BOWL. Will and Vin give their picks and score for the game as well as talk about their favorite part of the big day. Next, the boys recap the NHL All-Star Game by giving their ratings out of 10 for each of the skills competition events, including the unreal Trevor Zegras shootout goal. Will then takes over with the NBA and highlights the upcoming NBA All-Star draft where LeBron and Durant will select their teams for the game on Feb. 20. He then talks college hockey quick as well as the Beanpot.
