Jenn's Generally Good Game Production Advice
Want some bad game production advice? Complicate your code unnecessarily! What does that mean? I’ll give an example from when I was a programmer and we put in an elevator that had multiple floors, an NPC inside, lights, and many more complications. Using the elevator example I discuss what happened, how it happened, why it was a bad thing, how you can recover if this starts to happen to you, and how to avoid it ever happening to you in the first place. A quick video in a new series about bad advice and worst practices instead of best game production practices. Have a question for an expert game producer?
