A God that delights in forgiveness

We as humans, don't easily forgive and forget making it really easy that our creator has those same characteristics. WELL, I'm here to tell you that our God, El-Shaddai (God Almighty), Yahweh (I am),  Emmanuel (God is with us), whatever you may call him, our God is not like that. Though it may be hard to understand as our pettiness comes in the way :(, God actually loves and rejoices in forgiving me. In forgiving you. So long as we come to Him, and wholeheartedly repent, He is MORE than willing to forgive you.

In this episode of Jesus, Prince of Peace, Risa, your host, talks about how God will always be with us, and how our circumstances will only encourage God to work in our lives because at the end of the day, it's for this glory, so why would he need our little might for his glory? He doesn't! Once the God of Moses, Jeremiah, and Gideon, says He will be with you, trust, He will be with you because He will. Isaiah 43:4-5 ESV "Because you are precious in my eyes, and honored, and I love you, I give men in return for you, peoples in exchange for your life. Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your offspring from the east, and from the west I will gather you. I will say to the north, Give up, and to the south, Do not withhold; bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the end of the earth, everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made."

Well, what if I fall?

The road looks rough from here.. I haven't been where you want to go yet so I can't tell you the road gets smoother along the way but I can tell you this from I've seen, heard and experienced, the God your following, your ancestors also followed, that is Jesus and he has never failed. Not once! So since we can't rely on ourselves, (rightfully so) give it all to Him. He who is mighty, knows what you've been through and He is mighty as he is compassionate as he is a loving father. Psalm 40:7-8 NLT 7 Then I said, “Look, I have come. As is written about me in the Scriptures: 8 I take joy in doing your will, my God, for your instructions are written on my heart.” Psalm 37:23  The LORD directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives.

Finding God leads to finding yourself

Hey lovelies!!!! So much to go through during this episode but the main things that I talked about was, don't do God's work for him! Don't be mad at yourself for him. Don't judge for him. Leave it all to God, He's got this!   Judges 6:24

It's okay to admit that we don't have it altogether. God does though, that's x1000 more than enough!

In times you feel like nothing is going right, it's not as easy as it seemed to be, something got in the road and you were unprepared for such scenarios, remember that God has it altogether, including your purpose. If we would just put both of out feet in, allowing him to look through our darkest times so he COULD shine his light.  Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you.3Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.- Isaiah 60:1-3 NIV The light shine in the darkness, and the light had not overcome it.- John 1:5 NIV Let him be your light in the darkness
