episode Gianni Sarracino artwork

Gianni Sarracino

The path that led Gianni to yoga started at the age of 17, where he took his first asana class in Napoli, Italy. Gianni has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and for the past 7 years he has been sharing his passion and love with his students in Europe and across south east Asia and India. Gianni has studied Hatha yoga in Rishikesh, India. He then explored the world of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in Goa, India. He has studied with Simon Park, Klara Puski, Jivamukti Yoga’s faculty Yogeswari, Moritz Ulrich and Olga Oskorbina. Gianni became advanced certified in 2024. For him, the best way to respect and honour the practice of yoga is by sharing the great teachings that he received from his mentors. Gianni’s classes are a blend of intelligent sequencing and precise alignment, pranayama and meditation mixed with love and humour. For Gianni, the goal of the practice is to experience the practice itself, in the ongoing mission of finding the true Self. Yoga for him is all about carrying the discoveries that arise from the practice into the day to day. To be present and take the driver’s seat of this life experience. episode Rebeca Recatero artwork

Rebeca Recatero

Born and raised in Madrid, Rebeca first heard about yoga as a child from her grandmother, a dedicated practitioner and teacher in the 80s. However, it wasn’t until years later, while living in Sydney, that she truly discovered her own path through the transformative practice of Jivamukti Yoga. After every session, she felt a sense of clarity and calm that sparked a deep desire to dive even deeper into the practice. Since then, Rebeca has been a devoted student of the Jivamukti method, and she feels incredibly grateful for her teachers' guidance. Today, her classes reflect her daily practice and her love for the natural world. Deeply committed to animal rights, Rebeca sees her teaching as a humble way to help us all live a little happier and a lot freer. Her goal is simple: to share the depth of yoga with as many people as possible. You can now find her teaching and leading the Jivamukti Yoga school in Madrid.
