Between brain surgery, seizures, heart procedures, and taking some time away from work, I've realized that I don't have to do everything all at once. We dive into why multitasking is mostly a myth, how focusing on one thing at a time can help rebuild our attention and calm our nervous systems, and how that idea applies to fitness, comedy, reading, and everyday life. I talk about another hospital trip, what it feels like to keep navigating AFib, seizures, sleep, stress, and recovery, and why I’m trying to get better at accepting the unknown instead of pretending I can control everything.
