Chamomile gently softens the system… helping the body relax and feel safe. Turmeric brings in a warm, earthy quality… guiding your awareness back into the body. Together, they don’t just calm the mind— they help you settle and return. ✨ Simple Grounding Tea Recipe Chamomile + Turmeric Grounding Tea * 1 teaspoon dried chamomile flowers (or 1 tea bag) * ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric (or a few fresh slices) * Optional: * pinch of black pepper (supports turmeric absorption) * drizzle of honey * splash of milk or plant-based milk for a more comforting blend Instructions: Steep in hot water for 5–7 minutes.
