However, when we experience overwhelm, it can be challenging to access grace because we feel like we need to do everything ourselves. One way to access grace is to let go of the things that don't serve you or your purpose. When we surrender our desires and expectations, we can experience a sense of peace and trust in the outcome. This can be particularly useful when we are feeling overwhelmed; letting go allows us to release the burden of responsibility and trust that things will work out in our favor and exactly as they should. You are encouraged to embrace vulnerability and accept help from others. Often, when we are overwhelmed, we feel like we need to do everything ourselves and asking for help is a sign of weakness. However, when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable and accept help from others, we create opportunities for connection and growth. Overall, this podcast episode encourages listeners to embrace grace, let go of what you know isn't working, and seek support from others when feeling overwhelmed. By doing so, we can experience a greater sense of peace, trust, connection, and purpose in our lives.
