Lindsey Rockwell is a licensed acupuncturist, bodyworker, and co-owner of Mandala Medicine & Wellness, a multidisciplinary healing clinic in Portland, Oregon. Mandala offers a sanctuary-in-the-city vibe, bringing together acupuncture, massage, naturopathic medicine, physical and pelvic therapy, and most recently, mental health counseling. The clinic is devoted to creating a space where people feel truly heard and supported as they heal both physical and emotional ailments--all made more accessible to folks by being in-network with insurance. Lindsey’s work centers on nervous system restoration, stress relief, and pelvic and abdominal wellness. With a background in yoga and fitness, and her own lived experience with endometriosis and surgical recovery, she carries a deep reverence for the place where spirit meets western anatomy and using tiny needles to calibrate the two for comfort and peace. Jennie Carolan, MS

Jennie Carolan is a Macro Nutritionist, the nutritionist at APEX, and the founder of Nutrition by Jennie. She holds a Master’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Chapman University and is passionate about helping men and women break free from the dieting cycle. Jennie uses a science-based, macro-focused approach to guide clients toward balanced eating, sustainable fat loss, and improved health without extreme restriction. Drawing from both her academic background and personal experience overcoming fad diets, she empowers clients to understand their nutrition, enjoy their favorite foods, and create results that last. Jennie works one-on-one with clients as their personal nutritional concierge, reviewing menus in advance, creating strategies for dining out, and building customized plans that fit each client’s life. Her approach focuses heavily on habit-building so clients can create lasting results, with the ultimate goal of being the last nutritionist they ever need to work with. He currently practices full-time at Puget Sound Neurology in Tacoma, WA, and is the founder of Cascade Headache, a virtual clinic dedicated to helping people understand and break free from chronic, debilitating headaches and migraines. Sam believes pain is not just something to endure; it contains sacred wisdom that can guide us toward better health if we can listen nonjudgmentally to it.
