I went home with my mom. It is hard to go back where you feel so far away from who you are, but still very close to who you once were. Loss is difficult. We sometimes forget that what we put into loving someone or a pet is reflected back to us in an energy-a light that never leaves. Loss does not have to be finality; it can be something we don't see but can always feel is there. Potentials and connections.

More me, less serious, but better view of what to expect. We want to be perfect, but we aren't. Sometimes we need to step back from ourselves and not be so worried about the opinions of others. This is about moving forward, trying to learn, connecting, compassion and empathy, seeing good, bringing joy, and so much more. I want you to be able to leave fulfilled, warm fuzzies all over, and know that there is love even when we don't think it is there. There is plenty here to share, and I want everyone to feel they have a place at the table with me.

When we don't adjust our perspective we unfairly perceive. Perspective and perception are interconnected terms that allow change through accountability to ourselves. More radically put, perspective and perception feed each other and can dictate outcomes of our reality. Way to bring in more of Episode 2!!

Perfection is a perception we believe others have of us. It's our perception that society requires perfection despite saying otherwise. Reality is seen as this thing that is raw, unfiltered, and not as wanted. However, your reality can be any perceived perfection you want it to be.
