People see God when they know you. 2. Your life bears spiritual fruit. 3. Your faith multiplies in others. 5. What To Do if You’ve Carried His Name in Vain * Be real – Walk humbly, love mercy, do justice. (Mic. 6:8; Eph. 5:1–2) * Honor others – See them as image-bearers of God. (Jas. 3:9) * Come to Jesus – Receive rest, not condemnation. (Matt. 11:28) To take God’s name is to carry His character and identity in the world.
