Richard Branson, Multi-Billionaire, thinks different…. He is convinced that if you offer the best environment for your employees that they don't even want to leave. If you actually teach them everything you know, they could just start with all the knowledge their own company, but if the environment they are in, is so amazing, they don’t want to leave.. So in fact if you want to become a billionaire follow the advice of a billionaire… Always think about how can I offer the most value to my employees? What is the one thing that would want to make them stay? How can you provide more value?
