Sho Ishikura is a New Jersey based artist who has an inspiring story for songwriters and band members alike. It took Sho 15 years to collectively write, compose, and finish his first album and he talks about the mental roadblocks of perfectionism, comparison, and depression that occured through his songwriting process. Sho shares tips on how to overcome the stresses of writing an album and now offers assistance to artists who are interested in his pathway plan for album completion.
