In this episode, I share a moment from a dive when I surfaced in the middle of a storm and realized our boat had drifted away. That experience became a powerful reminder of how easily we can feel lost in life’s storms if we’re not anchored. I reflect on how our hope in Jesus Christ is the anchor for our souls—firm and secure (Hebrews 6:19). Through this story and scripture, I encourage believers to remain anchored in Christ, trusting that no matter how strong the storm becomes, His promises will always hold.

In this episode, I share my transformative hair journey and how the Lord used it to change the way I see myself. For a long time, my identity and sense of beauty were tied to my dreadlocks—the length of my hair, whether I wore earrings, and how others perceived me. I open up about the cultural expectations of beauty, the struggle of maintaining my hair, and the deeply spiritual decision to shave my head. Through that process, God gently showed me how He sees me—unadorned, from the heart—and reminded me that my true beauty doesn’t come from outward appearance, but from His light living inside of me. This journey led me to deeper self-acceptance, freedom, and a renewed understanding of my identity and faith.
