While culture is pursuing comfort we need to remember conviction. The enemy loves a comfortable Christian. What if the biggest thing holding you back isn’t a lack of knowledge, motivation, or opportunity… but your addiction to comfort? We live in a world that tells us: * Take the easy route. * Avoid discomfort. * Follow your feelings. * Do what makes you happy. * Cut out anything that feels hard. The problem? Jesus never called us to comfort. He called us to obedience. #171: Waging WAR put on your armor

So many times, women think that a fitness journey is just about the body. That is they are failing with discipline or not sticking to it, or starting over again each Monday, it must just be her body. The real battle? It's our mindsets, it's our heart sets, it's our spirit needing to be covered in THEE Armor; The Armor of God. Going out there day in and day out uncovered and unprotected is the problem. The enemy thinks he's already got one up on ya. Today we are talking all things the armor of God and breaking each piece down & what it means.
