It's not about engaging with your ICP or buyer personas but people they are following already and engaging with. 🔥 Engage with comments on posts from those thought leaders and start conversations with your ICP from there. 🔥 Send meaningful and personalized messages to your ICP based on the comment you did on posts 🔥 Be consistent. It takes time but be consistent with your posts and engagement on #LinkedIn 🔥 Quality over quantity. Stop adding people like crazy to your LinkedIn and add "Quality" and "Meaningful" connections with your network 🔥 "The Comment and Send Post" > Provide value, offer an e-book or something useful to your network, get them to comment and connect with you to get it. Great way to get extra reach and extra connections. 🔥 Your goal is to get inbound connections over outbound ones. 🔥 Be youself.
