Having guided hundreds of business leaders throughout his career, Bob now focuses on sharing the lessons, insights, and mistakes that have shaped his life and leadership journey. He is also a Guinness World Record holder, having become the oldest male to complete the Ice Mile.   In this episode, Bob reflects on masculinity, leadership, vulnerability, and the evolving role of men in society.
