Cheers! 🍸🌈 🍸 COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH: GINGERBREAD BAILEYS ESPRESSO MARTINI 🍸 Ingredients * 2 oz vodka * 1 oz Baileys (or any Irish cream liqueur) * 1 shot of strong espresso (cooled) * 1 oz gingerbread syrup Method 1. Mix the cocktail: Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in the vodka, Baileys, cooled espresso, and 1 oz of your gingerbread syrup. 2. Shake well for 10–15 seconds until frothy and chilled. 3. Strain into a martini or coupe glass. 4. Optional garnish: espresso beans, cinnamon dusting, or a mini gingerbread biscuit. Creamy, cosy, sweet, a little spicy — the perfect winter cocktail to sip while we chat.
