David Meltzer served as CEO of the renowned Lee Steinberg Sports & Entertainment agency, which was the inspiration for the movie Jerry Maguire. He also Co-Founded Sports 1 Marketing, which is arguably the largest sports marketing firm in the world. He started with nothing, and then 9 months out of law school, became a multimillionaire. He had just built his dream home, he had bought a golf course, a ski mountain, and in the eyes of many, had accomplished “success” , but he felt empty and was completely unhappy with his life. Shortly after he filed for bankruptcy, lost it all, but then made it all back. Now David is a serial entrepreneur, who has now written two number #1 best selling book on the topic of success. Ryan is the founder of multiple businesses in Australia, from Creative dreams agency who helps business all across the world with social media marketing, to investing in a new cleaning company. His marketing company has worked with big companies like Footlocker, Under Armor, Allstate, and Hilton Hotels. In this journey, Ryan gets REAL with us about how he started to create damage to his outside environment and community because he ignored the childhood trauma in his life. He gives us great tactics on how he subconsciously blocked out those things but they started to come out in other ways like anger, fear, and depression. This is a great conversation because i know how many people don't realize where there fear, anger, or depression comes from, and in this story, Ryan shows how it all stems from childhood trauma.
