Mandy Payne

Mandy placed in the Top 5 in the National Challenge.  She lost 40 pounds of total weight by gained much muscle. Her total body fat went from 42.9% to 19.7%! Her 1 minute push-ups went up 34 and sit-ups up 25. She also lost a total of 38 inches!

Adam Cincotti

Adam has a great story! After some time at a Junior college he decided to work in Alaska for a couple years before joining the Navy. Adam suffered a heart attack, which inspired him to join Farrell's. He lost 90 pounds and placed in the top 5 of our National Challenge. It's a must listen.
