We literally got to lift and chill today at the gym with Elizah Demott, Nicole Willis, and Haley Craig. We talked about some competitions, how they got started at SGB, and The Last Kingdom.

Deborah Fountain, Deb Woods, and Ian Smith joined the table at Masters Nationals in Valley Forge Pennsylvania. It was such a great talk that included some amazing weight loss stories.

KBev stopped by the gym in Moultrie on his way down to Jacksonville for a quick catch up on life and weightlifting. Also, plenty of talk about video games and getting hammered every once in a while.
