Welcome to Season 2 of Lifted You Weight Loss! Season 1 was all about building your foundation. Together, we built a foundation rooted in love, clarity, practical wisdom, body connection, and emotional intelligence. Now it's time to put that foundation to work. You've built your foundation. Now it's time to walk your path. In this first episode of Season 2, I share the personal strategy I'm using to lose my last 15–20 pounds and explain exactly how I'm applying the Six Pillars of Doer Support, along with the tools we've built together throughout Season 1. More importantly, I'll invite you to begin building your own appealing and possible plan. Your weight loss journey doesn't have to look like mine—it should be built around your life, your goals, and your next right steps. The foundation has been laid.
