He is also a part owner of the same academy. He has ambitions to run his own school one day as well as taking over operations for Cohesion Training academy.

John Ouano is a 5th ° Black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is the head of team Tsunami, as well as the owner of Ouano International a martial arts gear company making Gi's Gloves, fight shorts, rash guards and much more. Gavin Garcia is a kickboxer currently ranked #7 in the US per Box Rec. He has 2 KO’s and has fought twice for titles in his weight class. He has ambitions to go pro and currently has his eyes set on getting another chance at the title. James Pruitt is his striking coach whom is also a life long martial artist whom as also fought both as an amateur as well as professionally. He has also officiated/judged sanctioned Fights. He currently is part owner of Kicks Self Defense in Manford Oklahoma as well as an instructor there.

Steve and Josh are the owners of Cohesion Training Academy in Tulsa OK, as well as the host of The Lifting Others Podcast. Steve is combat veteran having served in the Marine Corps as an Infantryman as well as a firefighter having served in New Jersey as well as currently is the Fire Chief for Frontier Shore Fire Department in Osage Oklahoma. Josh is an active Merchant Mariner credentialed as an Able Bodied Seaman Unlimited actively sailing as such. He is also a certified personal trainer

Jason Ellison "JMe" is an artist, a musician whom is also a tattoo artist. He is also an avid Martial Arts Enthusiast and is a blue belt in BJJ. He is also the producer of The Lifting Others Podcast known as JMe. Jason Pawlowski is an avid martial artist having studied in and or trained in multiple disciplines. He’s a black belt in Karate as well as a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. (At the time of recording he was a Purple Belt). He also served in the United States Marine Corps as a cyber network operator.
