I talk about what body positivity actually means to me: not condoning unhealthy habits, not pretending everything is perfect… but understanding that real health only happens when you stop punishing your body and start loving the one you’re in right now. Because under-eating, over-eating, over-training — people do these things for reasons we often can’t see.
