I have to choose me first. If I don't choose me first who will. If I don't fill up my tank how can I ever be expected to do the things that are needed? I can encourage others, but who is going to fill me up. Just like on a plane, I have to put my mask on first before I can help anyone else. I have to choose me first. #6 February is Monumental-Handling Life During a Shift
