Fully Alive

1)According to St. Irenaeus, what is “the glory of God” and what does this have to do with Jesus? (the glory of God is man fully alive. Jesus came, and all that he did was for us to come fully alive. Life comes in Jesus, whoever has the son has life, Jesus said he came to give us abundant life. Jesus came, so all people could please God in this way.) 2) What kind of life please’s God? (one where we have come to know him in Faith. One where we are living peaceful, quiet, godly, and dignified. Where we are living the kind of life God has for us) 3) What was the problem with what the teachers were teaching in this passage? (they were saying no where God had said yes. They were saying no to the provisions and gifts of God. They were teaching demonic things) 4) What did you learn about Marriage from this teaching that you want to remember? 5) What did you learn about Food from this teaching that you want to remember? 6) What type of place should the church of Jesus Christ be? (it should be a place that leads people to flourishing lives.)
