Colette Cottman is a retired Army Combat Officer and accomplished corporate strategist with over two decades of experience in human resources, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). She has led enterprise-level training, workforce development, and DEIB initiatives at companies like Microsoft and TEKsystems, and is a certified business coach and Microsoft Certified Trainer. With a strong background in IT, organizational psychology, and community development, Colette empowers leaders to build inclusive cultures and drive transformational change. Her passion lies in mentoring, advocacy, and creating impactful experiences that foster growth, belonging, and leadership beyond the uniform.

Jeremy Walker is a U.S. Army veteran, Bronze Star recipient, and the Founder of Helmets to Boots, a dual-entity organization dedicated to supporting veterans through transition and helping companies create veteran-ready cultures. With over 22 years of military service, including as a Senior Geospatial Intelligence Officer and Instructor for the Army’s Drones Program, Jeremy has continued his mission in civilian life as a systems engineer, leadership expert, and community advocate. He holds a BA in Business Administration and an MA in Organizational Leadership (4.0 GPA). Through initiatives like the Vet-Tron Training Initiative, Jeremy equips veterans and employers with vital tools for post-service success. He also hosts Veterans 2.0 on WCEG Talk Radio and is an active leader in multiple veteran networks. Her military career (1979–1994) included overseas deployments, award-winning leadership, and groundbreaking work in Navy education and training. Post-service, she held executive roles at the U.S. Department of Labor and Georgia National Guard, and now continues her work in private practice and as a Disaster Mental Health Manager with the American Red Cross.
