I first met Mikey Ferraris at an ECIS PE conference years ago, and I knew instantly I’d met a soul who truly cares. Jan Hathorn- Athletic Director at Washington and Lee University

Jan has a wealth of LOVE and knowledge that drew me in from the moment I met her last summer at WOC in Colorado.  We connected right away as we spent time sharing stories, talked about hard things in our lives and learned how to listen better to each other in our small group.  She loves to sing and knows the importance of hugs, two things that are close to my heart as well.  Sit back and enjoy this heart warming conversation with a wonderful human being.

Lynn Kachmarik- Wonderful Human Being, Amazing Coach, Loving Mentor

Lynn Kachmarik has done it all.  Playing for the National Women’s Waterpolo team team, coaching Division I Men’s waterpolo, working for Notre Dame’s Play Like a Champion program, starting her own Coaching Consulting business, using E-Colors in Sports to advance team work and traveling the world to share her message.  She has been a great friend for over 10 years and any interaction I can have with her is a cherished memory that will live with me forever.
