I almost canceled my anniversary trip to the Grand Canyon. Two weeks out, I was spiraling in my own head about my health, my adrenals, my anemia, my thyroid, all of it. Fast forward to now: in bed by 9pm, injecting myself with peptides, texting my husband about our keto macros. Same obsessive energy. Completely different protocols.
