We always knew A’s owner John Fisher was cheap, but dumping manager Bob Melvin and his $4M salary to the #Padre for NOTHING in return is a troubling sign for the future of the franchise. Plus, the Alameda County Board of Supervisors (whoever the fuck they are?) voted 4-1 to keep the Oakland A’s stadium project alive months after most assumed the project was DOA. What’s next? Nobody fucking knows.
