Descripción

I grew up with a father who was in and out of my life — mostly out. What hurt more than his absence was the way I always felt like a responsibility, not a daughter. In this episode, I’m opening up about what it’s really like growing up with a dad who only showed up when it benefitted him, how that impacted my relationships, my worth, and my role as a mother — and what it took to finally break the cycle for my own kids. If you’ve ever felt abandoned, unseen, or not enough because of a parent, this one’s for you.

We don’t talk about that… But I will

Welcome to the first ever episode of Mama Said Too Much — where we say the things moms aren’t “supposed” to say… and then laugh about them. In this episode, I’m diving straight into the deep end of motherhood madness: ➤ The fake nap that saved a marriage ➤ A Target meltdown escape plan ➤ Diaper blowouts so bad they required clothing sacrifice ➤ And genius-level lies we tell our toddlers (hello, ice cream truck trickery) This is not your typical mom podcast. It’s messy. It’s unfiltered. It’s full of anonymous confessions that will make you feel seen, judged (but in a good way), and slightly less unhinged. 🔗 Submit your own anonymous confession here: https://gforms.app/4hQ0mKw 💌 DM me on IG: @mamasaidtoomuch 🎙 And don’t forget to follow + leave a review if you laughed, cringed, or nodded silently while pouring coffee into a wine glass. Let’s normalize the chaos — together.
