Many companies put up a website believing that it is “done.” The truth is that once your website is live, that is just the beginning. You now have to market your online business and work it. Often you have to work it even harder than an offline business since people don’t know you. WebStores Ltd. will assist you in getting visitors to know, like, and trust you online. WHAT CHANGES HAS YOUR COMPANY MADE OVER THE PAST 2 YEARS THAT HAVE IMPACTED YOUR BUSINESS Produced online trade shows to allow companies to have a trade show experience virtually. Added ecommerce coaching to work more closely with companies to help them grow their online sales. Conducting a series of joint venture webinars with people who offer complimentary services. For example, we create ecommerce websites and teach digital marketing. We just did a webinar with a business funding company. WHAT IS ONE TIP THAT YOU WOULD GIVE WHEN IT COMES TO DIGITAL MARKETING? Be consistent. Whatever you decide to do: long form content, micro content, videos, podcasts, advertising – keep doing it. Only when people see you often enough does your marketing start to make an impact. Today, it might take 20 touch points before someone starts to know, like, and trust you, so consistency is key. WHAT IS THE BIGGEST CHANGE IN MARKETING THAT YOU SEE COMING IN THE NEXT 2 YEARS? Artificial intelligence has already shown that it is making an impact, from chatbots to search results to tracking and targeting visitors. This is going to continue to evolve and make an impact on how marketing is done.
