WHAT IS THE BIGGEST CHANGE IN MARKETING THAT YOU SEE COMING IN THE NEXT 2 YEARS? Artificial intelligence has already shown that it is making an impact, from chatbots to search results to tracking and targeting visitors. This is going to continue to evolve and make an impact on how marketing is done.
