Inspired by the Sanskrit concept of Pūrṇa—meaning full, complete, and whole—this class explores the idea that yoga isn't about becoming enough. It's about remembering the wholeness that has always been within you. Through strong, creative sequencing and mindful storytelling, we'll cultivate heat, challenge balance, build resilience, and ultimately soften into the reminder that your worth isn't something you have to earn. In this practice we will: ✨ Begin with a grounding Sacred Space to settle the mind before igniting the body with energizing Chaturanga Vinyasas. 🔥 Flow through Ashtanga-inspired Sun Salutations with creative variations, including Low Lunge, Half Splits, Warrior I, Humble Warrior, Crescent Lunge, Sky Archer, Triangle, Buddha Squat, Exalted Warrior, Prayer Twist, Half Moon, and Boat. 💪 Build strength and endurance through a challenging standing sequence featuring Warrior II, Extended Side Angle, Bound Side Angle, Bird of Paradise, dynamic plank work, and an optional Headstand between sides. 🌿 Slow the pace with Bound Angle Pose and Wide-Legged Seated Forward Fold, creating space through the hips and inner legs before unwinding with gentle twists. 💛 Finish with Reclined Spinal Twists and a restful Savasana, leaving you grounded, open-hearted, and deeply connected to yourself.
