Let's hold on to ourselves

We have a unique relationship with ourselves, which is the focus of this poetry. This poetry is about the questions which we need to consider for ourselves. Why do we underestimate ourselves, hold ourselves back, we victimize and weaken ourselves despite of being strong and doing good. It also implies that we should thank ourselves, appreciate ourselves , find ourselves, build ourselves, just be ourselves and hold on to ourselves for all that we do, all that we have and all that we are. We often overlook our efforts and goodness. We should embrace ourselves as we are the source of energy itself.

Strength in Stillness

This episode is about how much strength lies in stillness. Stillness is so important as it calms us, gives us clarity, helps us visualise, helps us break our barriers. It even helps us listen to our voice by silencing out the external noise. We can find answers in stillness. When we are still, we can realise our inner strength. When we are still, we can find our purpose and life within.

We are just like the Moon

This poetry is written on a full moon day comparing ourselves with the moon, it's phases, it's imperfections, it's darkness and light, it's ever changing process. We all are just like the moon - we go through phases, we are different versions of ourselves, we have our dark side, we have imperfections, we are calm, we are also filled with light and we are changing forever. We are just like the moon. Happy Full Moon !

I choose to be ME

This poem is about self love and self journey. It's about choosing to go within in the unknown, choosing to listening to the soul for guidance, choosing to be a misfit instead of trying to fit in, choosing to be silent amidst the noise of being right, choosing to be still in the rush, and choosing to be ME in the competition of becoming something.

Seasons of the Soul

This poem talks about the soul's journey through all seasons- winter, spring, summer and fall. The soul goes through dry winters which is said to be a dull and dark period where it find its light which leads it to the spring. In the season of spring soul seems to get cleansed, there are no lingering effects from the past and then gets ready for the new beginning in the summer time.
