024: Zoe Jones

On the surface, Zoe Jones is an atypical CrossFit athlete. Having grown up in a small farm town in Michigan with no weightlifting or gymnastics experience in her athletic background, she wasn't sure where her CrossFit journey would take her. Not only has it taken her to the CrossFit Games, it has also taken her to Cookeville and the CrossFit Mayhem team. In this episode, Zoe shares about her athletic journey, bouncing around the Midwest, eventually landing in Cookeville and what she sees for her future. 022: Cole Sager

Our guest today is a household name in the CrossFit world with a full decade of experience on the Games competition floor. He's experienced some major life changes over the past few years, including having two children and undergoing a major career change. 021: Gui Malheiros

Gui Malheiros is a beloved member of the Mayhem Athlete community. A four-time CrossFit Games athlete, Gui has finished in the top 10 twice. Born and raised in Brazil, Gui now lives in Cookeville where he is enjoying life as a newlywed and training hard for the 2024 Games. He always seems to be having fun (at least on camera) and has a highly contagious smile. We hear from Gui today on his athletic and spiritual journeys, and how God has guided each. Enjoy the episode!
