The Maryland State Medical Society (MedChi) brings a special edition of MedCast to its members and the public. This recording of the 2026 Carol & Dr. Thomas Allen Annual Ethics Lecture on "Vaccine Mandates Ethical & Legal Perspectives" features three distinguished guests: Nicole Cimino-Fiallos, MD, an Emergency Medicine physician at Mid-Atlantic Permanente Group; Mark Graber, JD, PHD, a professor at the University of Maryland; and Greg Dolin, MD, JD, a professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law. The lecture was hosted by David Hexter, MD, Chair, Committee on Ethics and Judicial Affairs at MedChi. Introductions were given by Elizabeth Keyes, JD, Associate Dean at the University of Baltimore School of Law, and Eric Wargotz, MD, President of MedChi.
