The point is that it feels "good" or "normal" to follow your intuition, and it feels fundamentally "wrong" or like a betrayal when you ignore it. Cultivating a healthy relationship with all of you, including your intuition, is how you build trust with yourself. Manifestation 101

There are many different ways to manifest. The core principles remain consistent. You must decide you want something and anticipate its arrival. Don't "wait" for it to show up, trust it will show up once everyone does their part. You must do your part. You must believe in your ability to do your part and do it, and you must believe in the "universe's" ability to do their part and mind your own business. Be scared and do it anyway; if you're afraid of starting, but you want to start / you want the outcome, then start. Do not let your manifestations be blocked by limiting beliefs in your subconscious, work to dissolve those, ask questions and get your answers. Do the work, and you'll see the results. Healing The Pain Body | Be Scared And Do It Anyway

So, you're tryna make healthier choices...good job, first step complete, you have sought wisdom from a very trustworthy source (lmao). Healing is not a linear process. There are lots of ups and downs, like a waveform of sound. Even while ascending to higher vibrations, there are dips in the waves. Try not to let the dips overpower the highs. Eventually, the gaps between them will get smaller, you might have already experienced this on the low end (depression can make it real hard to feel highs at all, there's an opposite version of that experience, where your new lows aren't even comparable to lows of your past). The point is to keep going up. Every little thing adds up. Every healthy choice brings you closer to a healthier body. So, are you ready to start trying? I believe in you. You gotta learn how to believe in yourself, because you'll need that faith to get through those low moments...Keep going towards your sun.
