Michelle Wilson Unfiltered
In this episode, I share a personal reflection on navigating burnout during one of the most challenging seasons of my life. As a paramedic working through the COVID-19 pandemic while also raising a child as a single parent, the weight of responsibility, uncertainty, and emotional strain slowly took its toll. I talk about how burnout showed up for me, the pressures of frontline healthcare during the pandemic, and the realities of balancing that work with parenting alone. I also reflect on a few things I did right early on that helped me cope—small but important choices that created space for recovery, perspective, and ultimately renewal. This conversation is an honest look at resilience, the human side of frontline work, and the steps that can help us move from survival back toward balance and purpose. This is a public episode.
