How do I think about death mindfully?

"What do I want to do with this alive, conscious, embodied moment?" Jon thought that "staying focused on the present moment" meant never having to think about death, but Jess has some bad news for him: thinking about the body disintegrating is right in mindfulness's wheelhouse,.
