Mindfully Moved
In this episode, I reflect on recently completing a HYROX test race and share what the experience reminded me about discipline and momentum. I walk through some of the practical strategies I use for planning meals, simplifying nutrition, and designing an environment that makes better choices easier. This episode is really about focusing on one habit at a time, building awareness around the decisions we make every day, and trusting that small, consistent actions can lead to meaningful long-term change.
