How do you know if you are enough? Being enough is always about how you are showing up in the present moment. This means that what it takes to be enough changes all the time based on the situation. Being enough should not be globalized but taken on in a situation-by-situation perspective to allow us to stay present in the here and now. Simply put, you ARE enough.

Oh WHAT an episode..thanks to my oldest son. To thy own self be true! Heard this before? The ego has often been seen as the center of consciousness, whereas the Self is defined as the center of the total personality, which includes consciousness, the unconscious, and the ego; the Self is both the whole and the center. Confused? Don't be.  This might be my favorite message to date.
